## WHAT WE’D LOVE YOU TO DO (AND LOVE DOING) - Contribute to key projects that influence how inventory is managed at Zalando - Collaborate to define the product strategy, roadmap, and backlog of the team, ensuring alignment with our business goals and objectives - Engage with various stakeholders to understand the business context and contribute to developing and customising relevant and scalable solutions - Manage the end-to-end product development lifecycle, from discovery to execution, adapting focus as needed. Collaborate closely with engineering peers to address this complex problem space - Foster and promote an inclusive culture and a diverse team environment - Engage in the creation and definition of team processes ## WE’D LOVE TO MEET YOU IF - Programming Language skills: You’re proficient in a Java-based language (e.g., Kotlin) and can quickly learn new technologies. Knowledge of php is a plus, but not required. - Infrastructure skills: You are familiar with cloud-based platforms (like AWS) and relational databases (such as PostgreSQL) - Operational Excellence:You know how to maintain and operate complex systems at scale by applying industry best practices around monitoring and alerting - Collaborative & Communicative: You work well in cross-functional teams and are skilled at communicating complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
