We are looking for a reliable and professional conference hostess (m/f/d) for a conference event at Mainhaus Frankfurt Hotel in Frankfurt am Main on 22–23 September. The role includes welcoming and registering delegates, managing the registration desk, assisting attendees throughout the event, passing the microphone during Q&A sessions, and providing general support to help ensure the conference runs smoothly.

The working hours are 22 September from 08:00 to 18:00 and 23 September from 09:00 to 16:00. The event requires a confident and service-oriented appearance, strong communication skills, and conversational English. German-speaking staff can also be provided if required.

The dress code is your own black suit or black costume.

You are friendly, well-presented, reliable, and comfortable interacting with conference delegates in a professional environment. You have conversational English skills and are confident supporting guest registration, attendee guidance, and microphone handling during Q&A sessions. Previous experience in conference, event, or hostess work is an advantage.
