Deine Aufgaben

Business Ownership
  • Lead and further develop the BESS & Renewables business with full responsibility for commercial performance, growth and strategic direction
  • Own and scale all commercial activities across Sales, Key Account Management, Business Development and Product Management
  • Shape and evolve Entelios' BESS & Renewables value proposition, commercial offerings and monetization models, ensuring long-term customer value and market competitiveness
Business Leadership & Growth
  • Define and execute the market strategy for battery storage and renewable energy assets while identifying new business opportunities, revenue streams and strategic partnerships
  • Build and strengthen long‐term relationships with optimizers, investors, developers, utilities and asset owners
  • Anticipate market trends, regulatory developments and customer needs
  • Build, lead and develop a high‐performing team to support the next phase of growth
  • Foster close collaboration with Technology, Optimization, Onboarding and Finance teams to translate market opportunities into scalable solutions
  • Continuously improve processes, governance structures and cross‐functional ways of working

Dein Profil

Experience & Background
  • University degree in Engineering, Energy Economics, Business Administration, Finance or a related field
  • Several years of experience in the energy sector with strong exposure to Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS), renewable energy or flexibility markets
  • Proven background in one or more of the following areas: BESS or renewable energy project development, battery optimization and trading, or project finance for energy assets
Market & Commercial Expertise
  • Deep understanding of power markets, flexibility products and ancillary services
  • Strong commercial mindset with experience in business development, sales, strategic combined with strong knowledge of BESS business models, asset economics and revenue optimization strategies partnerships and customer management
  • Ability to identify market opportunities and translate them into scalable business models and customer value
Leadership & Personality
  • Demonstrated leadership experience and P&L responsibility, ideally including team development and business ownership
  • Entrepreneurial personality with a hands‐on approach, strong execution capabilities and excellent stakeholder management skills
  • Fluent German and English is required
