Deine Aufgaben
Business Ownership- Lead and further develop the BESS & Renewables business with full responsibility for commercial performance, growth and strategic direction
- Own and scale all commercial activities across Sales, Key Account Management, Business Development and Product Management
- Shape and evolve Entelios' BESS & Renewables value proposition, commercial offerings and monetization models, ensuring long-term customer value and market competitiveness
- Define and execute the market strategy for battery storage and renewable energy assets while identifying new business opportunities, revenue streams and strategic partnerships
- Build and strengthen long‐term relationships with optimizers, investors, developers, utilities and asset owners
- Anticipate market trends, regulatory developments and customer needs
- Build, lead and develop a high‐performing team to support the next phase of growth
- Foster close collaboration with Technology, Optimization, Onboarding and Finance teams to translate market opportunities into scalable solutions
- Continuously improve processes, governance structures and cross‐functional ways of working
Dein Profil
Experience & Background- University degree in Engineering, Energy Economics, Business Administration, Finance or a related field
- Several years of experience in the energy sector with strong exposure to Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS), renewable energy or flexibility markets
- Proven background in one or more of the following areas: BESS or renewable energy project development, battery optimization and trading, or project finance for energy assets
- Deep understanding of power markets, flexibility products and ancillary services
- Strong commercial mindset with experience in business development, sales, strategic combined with strong knowledge of BESS business models, asset economics and revenue optimization strategies partnerships and customer management
- Ability to identify market opportunities and translate them into scalable business models and customer value
- Demonstrated leadership experience and P&L responsibility, ideally including team development and business ownership
- Entrepreneurial personality with a hands‐on approach, strong execution capabilities and excellent stakeholder management skills
- Fluent German and English is required
