Luminovo builds the software infrastructure for the electronic supply chain. Our platform helps EMS companies and OEMs quote faster, source smarter, and manage their supply chains — powered by AI. Partnerships are a core growth channel in how we go to market.
The role
We're hiring a Head of Partnerships to own the EMEA motion end-to-end. This is not a 0→1 build. You're inheriting a live, working program — 50+ active ambassadors, established PCB supplier and distributor relationships across DACH and Benelux, and a commercial playbook that already generates revenue.
Your job is to run it without hand-holding, grow it without limits, and make it the most productive channel in Luminovo's go-to-market.
What you'll own
- Activate and grow our EMEA ambassador network — SMT equipment vendors, independent sales reps, consultants, and system integrators trusted by electronics buyers across Europe
- Recruit new ambassadors and own the full cycle from first outreach to first accepted referral
- Manage and expand established PCB supplier, distributor, and API integration partnerships — no gaps at handover
- Sign new partners across DACH and Benelux, prioritizing coverage gaps
- Represent Luminovo at key electronics events across the region
- Be fully self-sufficient in HubSpot and commercial tooling from day one
What we're looking for
- 5–8 years in partnerships, channel sales, or business development — electronics, electronics‐adjacent SaaS, or capital equipment background strongly preferred (EMS, PCB, distribution, SMT equipment)
- Has independently closed partner deals and owned a commercial number
- Native or business‐fluent German; comfortable in English for internal and international work
- Hunter instinct — recruits and closes without needing management in every meeting
- Technically credible in electronics manufacturing
