Role Description :

As a Junior Investment Funds Lawyer, you will progressively be involved in a wide range of matters related to:

• fund structuring;
• alternative investment vehicles;
• regulatory aspects;
• legal documentation related to funds;
• international and cross-border transactions.

Technical Exposure

• RAIF / SIF / SCSp structures;
• Fund Formation;
• Subscription agreements;
• Side letters;
• Regulatory matters;
• Private Equity & Real Estate Funds;
• International investment vehicle structuring.

You will work closely with experienced lawyers and benefit from strong technical mentoring to accelerate your development.

Candidate Profile :

• 1 to 2 years of experience in Investment Funds in Luxembourg;
• Experience gained within a law firm environment;
• Excellent command of English;
• Spanish is mandatory;
• French would be considered an asset;
• Strong willingness to evolve within an international environment while keeping close human interactions on a daily basis;
• Solid technical foundations and strong learning abilities.
