What will you do?

Being part of the team, you will:

  • Participate in the payroll process on a monthly basis, in collaboration with your colleagues;
  • Ensure the accuracy of the salaries calculated and checking the integrity of the calculation;
  • Handle employees’ inquiries regarding payroll;
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, following up on absences and illnesses, managing registration and declaration of employees with authorities;
  • Assist with employee benefits administration and provide general HR administrative support.

This position is for you if:

  • You hold a BTS, DUT, Bachelor’s or Master ́s degree in Human Resources, Management or any related field;
  • You possess already a first experience in Payroll this could be considered an asset;
  • You possess good knowledge of salary calculation, labor law, social security and payroll tax;
  • You have experience using our software PayEase, this could be considered an asset;
  • You are rigorous, have very good analytical skills and are comfortable with numbers;
  • You embody good interpersonal skills and an excellent team spirit;
  • You are autonomous, respecting deadlines and have a developed sense of customer service;
  • You are fluent in French and English; German or Luxembourgish are considered as assets.
