You’re a strong communicator with a sharp eye for client needs? At Aerion, you’ll play a key role in building and growing long-term customer relationships. You’ll lead discovery calls with warm leads, deliver compelling product demos, manage key accounts, and help shape our feature roadmap through direct customer insights. TASKS * Conduct discovery meetings with warm inbound leads * Manage and grow existing client relationships * Continous improvement of sales operations and funnels REQUIREMENTS * Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology or a related field * Management mindset with a crush for technology * Experience in strongly technical environments, preferably in the IT consultanting or SaaS industry * At least 2 years' of relevant work experience * Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German and English * Strong organizational skills and a proactive mindset BENEFITS
