Overview
You take overall responsibility for the AdTech Solutions business unit.
Responsibilities
- You lead a department of 45 AdTech specialists across Programmatic, Data Science, Data Analytics and Dashboard Solutions, organized in 5 teams.
- You advise client companies on the IT tools from your department and grow your business area.
- You drive the continued digital transformation of advertising.
- You participate in summits and represent the company.
- You break down established silos and act as the interface between teams and departments.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience managing teams of at least 10 people.
- Extensive experience in meeting revenue targets, acquiring new clients, contributing to pricing strategy, and planning budgets and personnel costs (P&L responsibility).
- At least 8 years of professional experience in the AdTech field.
- Deep expertise in AdTech, MarTech, Media, DCO, market research, data-driven marketing — not only theoretically but also in terms of the underlying IT.
- Hands-on operational experience in programmatic, e.g., campaign optimization.
- Technical know-how: you can engage with your programmatic, data and dashboard solutions experts on an equal footing.
- Fluent in German and good command of English.
- Enjoy coming into the Hamburg office at least three days per week.
- Ideally, you have a technical degree or professional experience as a Technical Product Manager or IT Product Owner.
