Principal Consultant - ServiceNow
Role Overview
As a Principal ServiceNow Consultant at Devoteam, you will take a leading position in strategic and complex ServiceNow transformation projects. You will act as lead architect and strategic advisor for our customers, translating business strategies into scalable, secure, and sustainable ServiceNow solutions.
What You Will Do
Your tasks will include leading workshops on requirement acquisition, process definition, reengineering, gap analysis, and solution architecture. You will develop ServiceNow goal architectures, roadmaps, and technical specifications for enterprise-level implementations.

Requirements
- Min. 9 years of experience in the consulting or IT service industry
- At least 5 years of focus on ServiceNow
- Proven experience in leading large, complex, and multi-modular ServiceNow implementations
- In-depth expertise in the ServiceNow ecosystem
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and at least one Certified Implementation Specialist certification
- Fundament knowledge in JavaScript, Glide API, and web services
- Proficient in process modeling, process optimization, and translating business requirements into technical solutions
- Very good knowledge of German and English
- Experience with agile methods, e.g., Scrum or Kanban
