We are focused on making it easier and more fun for people to talk and hang out before, during, and after playing games.

We are seeking a visionary Integrated Marketing Manager to shape and drive the future of Nitro, our flagship subscription. In this high-impact role, you will own the integrated marketing strategy and execution for Nitro's most important marketing moments, such as our Nitro brand campaigns, our annual large-scale promotions like our buy-one-get-one and Black Friday campaigns, gifting programs, and exciting new product launches.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Lead integrated marketing strategy for Nitro, developing and owning the full-funnel marketing plans for Nitro's key marketing moments and key product launches.
  • Drive storytelling and world building, crafting narratives that connect Nitro's value to the games and universes players care about most, making the case for why Nitro is a membership that every gamer needs.
  • Own channel strategy for key campaigns, determining the right avenues to reach gamers in the right ways.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Product Marketing, Product, Brand, Social, Partnerships, and Creative teams to ensure integrated campaigns are aligned, on-brand, and executed with excellence.
  • Measure and optimize campaign performance, using data and insights to continuously refine strategy and scale what's working across the campaign portfolio.

What You Should Have

  • 7+ years of experience in integrated or brand marketing, with a strong track record of leading multi-channel campaigns from strategy through execution.
  • Deep roots in gaming, having worked in or alongside the gaming industry and bringing genuine cultural fluency to the table.
  • A world-class storyteller, able to build narratives that resonate with gamers and reflect the Discord brand.
  • Strong channel strategy experience, with a clear perspective on sequencing and connecting touchpoints across social, digital, influencer, events, and beyond.
  • Excellent cross-functional leadership, bringing together diverse teams to deliver high-complexity campaigns with clarity and momentum.
  • A balance of big-picture thinking and sharp execution, able to set strategy and dive into the details that make campaigns land.
  • Personal use of Discord and passion for gaming communities and the culture they create.

Bonus Points

  • Experience in subscription marketing or working on paid products.
  • Experience with influencer and creator programs within gaming (Twitch, YouTube, TikTok).

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $176,000 to $198,000 plus equity and benefits. Within the range, individual pay is determined by additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
