We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Solution Architect to lead the vision, design, and successful delivery of complex engineering and digital solutions for our diverse client portfolio. In this role, you will act as the primary technical authority during pre-sales engineering, discovery phases, and initial implementation. You will analyze diverse client ecosystems, select ideal technology stacks, design robust architectures, and guide our engineering teams to ensure project execution is scalable, secure, and delivered on time. Core Responsibilities
- Solution Architecture & Design: Architect end-to-end technical blueprints that balance client requirements with budget, timelines, and technical constraints. Ensure designs prioritize scalability, high availability, and security.
- Pre-Sales & Client Consultation: Partner with the business development team to lead technical discovery sessions, evaluate RFP (Request for Proposal) requirements, and build high-level solution concepts and cost estimates.
- Technology Selection: Evaluate, benchmark, and choose appropriate tech stacks (Embedded systems, and cloud platforms, frameworks, databases, and third-party integrations) tailored to specific client industries. Focus on System architecture from electronics hardware, embedded firmware and mechanical with emphasis on Industrial and Automotive use cases, consumer/prosumer, security & surveillance perspective.
- Technical Governance & Mentorship: Act as the technical North Star for engineering teams. Review code/architecture, establish engineering best practices, and help troubleshoot complex bottlenecks.
- Proof of Concept (PoC) Development: Hands-on creation of prototypes and PoCs to validate architectural theories and minimize technical risk before scale-up.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate highly complex technical layouts into plain, value-driven language for non-technical stakeholders and executive client boards.
- Education: Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
- Experience: 8+ years in software engineering or systems design, with at least 3+ years specifically in an architectural or client-facing consultant capacity (preferably within an agency, consultancy, or engineering service firm).
- Software Proficiency: Advanced expertise in complete product design life cycle with hands on experience on BSP, Firmware development considering multiple microcontrollers and microprocessors.
- Modern Paradigms: Deep understanding of microservices, event-driven architectures, serverless computing, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Certification and Production: Strong grip regulatory compliance and standards. Experience working on production line testing and test fixtures.
- Consultative Mindset: Ability to quickly understand changing client business models across varying verticals (e.g., Automotive, Industrial, Healthcare, Consumer).
- Ambiguity Management: Comfortable stepping into legacy systems with poor documentation and mapping out modernization roadmaps.
- Influence Without Authority: Proven ability to guide cross-functional developer teams and gain trust from client leadership.
