Your Responsibilities & Impact

  • You will conduct and oversee essential compliance monitoring activities, which allows you to proactively identify and mitigate potential risks before they escalate, ultimately empowering you to become a trusted guardian of the company's integrity and accelerating your trajectory as a senior compliance expert.
  • You will regularly monitor the evolving legal and regulatory framework and coordinate its seamless implementation across various departments, ensuring the company remains ahead of industry shifts, which gives you unparalleled cross-functional exposure and deepens your strategic understanding of the business.
  • You will perform comprehensive risk assessments and business impact analyses, translating complex data into actionable insights for the management team, thereby enhancing your analytical acumen and positioning you as a key decision-maker within the organization.
  • You will play a vital role in designing new processes, drafting internal rules, and advising management and staff on compliance-related topics, fostering a culture of shared responsibility that builds your leadership and communication skills while making a tangible, positive impact on the daily operations of your colleagues.

Your Profile

  • An academic degree in Economics, Law, Political Science, or a related field provides a great foundation for this role, and relevant professional compliance certificates are highly valued additions.
  • Ideally, you bring around 3 to 5 years of experience within a ManCo, AIFM, or a compliance-focused advisory environment, with a strong focus on regulatory compliance.
  • Fluency in both German and English allows you to seamlessly communicate and draft documents across international teams, while knowledge of additional languages is warmly welcomed to enhance our diverse environment.
  • You are naturally team-oriented, communicative, and highly engaged, thriving in a setting where independent work is just as important as collaboration.
  • Previous experience with industry-specific IT tools will help you hit the ground running and streamline your daily tasks.

The Offer
