Head of Growth Marketing

Responsibilities

• Strategic responsibility & ownership: You actively shape our global growth strategy, manage large budgets, work closely with Product and Data, and build a scalable marketing organization with real decision‐making authority.
• Leadership & growth engine building: You lead and develop a hybrid team of internal and external specialists and build a scalable, data‐ and creator‐driven growth marketing organization.
• AI‐first scaling: You develop AI-based workflows that automate creative production, testing, and campaign optimization while maintaining brand consistency at scale.
• Performance marketing: You manage cross‐channel campaign budgets with a clear focus on ROI and sustainable growth mechanics.
• SEO & discovery: You optimize our presence for traditional search engines and LLM‐based discovery channels and also support our artists.
• Targeting & local hype: You leverage geo data and trend analyses to efficiently activate hyperlocal scenes, genres, and niche markets.
• Organic Social 2.0: You identify trends early through AI‐driven analysis and scale organic content using data‐driven strategies that drive genuine community engagement.

Requirements

• Be tech‐native and confidently work with LLMs, AI image/video generators, and automation tools.
• Make decisions based on dashboards, not on gut feeling.
• A/B testing should be second nature to you.
• Deep experience with social ads and SEO mechanisms.
• Ability to amplify organic content using paid promotion phases.
• Communicate confidently and courteously in German and English.
• Ideally bring industry experience in music.
