As we continue our rapid expansion in Germany and across Europe, we are strengthening our HR organization to support our growing workforce, management teams, and international operations.

We are currently looking for a Mandarin-speaking HR Business Partner (m/f/d) to join our team in Nieder-Olm, near Mainz.

This role is ideal for an HR professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced, international environment and who can act as a strong bridge between our local German organization and our international and Chinese-speaking stakeholders.

Your Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive HR support to managers and employees throughout the entire employee lifecycle
• Act as a trusted HR partner to business leaders and advise management on operational and strategic HR matters
• Serve as an HR interface between German, European, and Chinese-speaking stakeholders
• Support effective communication and collaboration across different cultural and organizational backgrounds
• Partner closely with the Recruiting team to ensure efficient and seamless hiring and onboarding processes
• Support organizational growth, workforce planning, and the development of scalable HR structures
• Coordinate internal transfers and international employee mobility, including expatriate support, visa and work permit processes, relocation, and onboarding
• Advise managers on employee relations, performance management, development, and organizational

Your Profile

• University degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Law, or a comparable field
• Professional experience in Human Resources, ideally as an HR Business Partner, HR Generalist, HR Manager, or in a comparable HR role
• Good understanding of the full employee lifecycle and operational HR processes
• Knowledge of German employment law and HR practices is highly desirable
• Experience working in an international or multicultural organization is a strong advantage
• Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills
• Hands-on, solution-oriented, and comfortable working in a dynamic and rapidly changing environment
• Ability to work independently while collaborating closely with local and international teams
• Fluent Mandarin Chinese is required
• Fluent English is required
• German language skills are strongly preferred
