Aufgaben

As a Managing Consultant / Consulting Partner you play a critical role in customer engagement, responsible for driving business growth, managing C-level relationship lead presales, participating in new business opportunities and proposals and contributing to the overall success of delivery operations. You need to have a blend of technical and soft skills, including proficiency in Technology (like SAP), knowledge of business process/functionalities, good communication skills and problem-solving abilities.

• Drive revenue growth by identifying, shaping, and closing complex, large-scale enterprise transformation opportunities, often acting as a trusted advisor to C‐suite executives
• Lead consulting conversations across: Enterprise architecture / SAP S/4HANA & digital core programs, Supply Chain, Finance, Manufacturing, and Data domains
• Shape and influence client transformation roadmaps, operating models, and value realization plans
• Provide executive oversight for large, complex programs (EUR multi‐million, multi‐year)
• Build and maintain long‐term, strategic partnerships with client stakeholders to ensure satisfaction and identify further opportunities
• Lead RFI/RFP to drive solutioning for the same and participate in client presentations
• Proactive engagements with customers to find opportunities for growth. Work with the solutioning team to build solutions for the same
• Engage with Project/Program managers for delivery review and success

Profil

• 20+ years of relevant experience in IT consulting, specifically within enterprise applications (SAP, Oracle, etc.), with a proven track record in sales and delivery
• Having deep SAP Functional and Business process knowledge
• Deep understanding of industry‐specific business processes and digital transformation trends
• Strong capability in managing large‐scale, complex programs and steering committees
• University degree
• Availability to travel
• Fluent communication skills in German and English (written and spoken)
