Partner Manager (206628)

Contract: > 6 months contract starting in January 2026.

We are looking for a Partner Manager to join a leading global organization (GAFA). This role focuses on credit payment products delivered in collaboration with external financial partners, ensuring seamless customer experiences while balancing day-to-day operational tasks and strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner and Stakeholder Management: Coordinate relationships with external financial partners and internal teams (Product, Marketing, Legal, Customer Service). Address technical or commercial escalations and align business objectives.
• Project and Process Improvement: Identify and resolve customer pain points through collaborative projects; propose solutions to optimize processes and develop performance metrics; drive automation and standardization to enhance efficiency and scalability; conduct deep‐dive analyses to uncover trends and improvement opportunities; present findings and recommendations to stakeholders and leadership.
• Cross‐Functional Collaboration: Work with technical and non‐technical teams to support the launch and evolution of payment products.

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience in program or project management.
• Strong ability to use data and metrics to drive operational improvements.
• Experience in end‐to‐end project delivery and communicating results to senior leadership.
• Excellent cross‐functional collaboration skills with technical and non‐technical teams.
• Fluency in English (required).

Preferred Qualifications

• Master’s degree or MBA in Business, Operations, or a related field.
• Experience in process improvement, automation, or standardization.
• Ability to solve complex problems in a dynamic environment.
• Additional languages (French, Spanish, Italian, German) are a plus.
