Gehalt: Von 120.000,00 € bis 150.000,00 €
Overview of the Role
We are seeking a high‐caliber Regional Vice President / Sales Director to lead our Data Foundations business across Austria and the German Mid‐Market. In this pivotal leadership role you will be responsible for driving profitable growth in the integration, data management, and AI space, specifically focusing on our MuleSoft and Informatica portfolios.

- Go‐To‐Market & Strategy: Own the revenue forecast and GTM strategy for Austria and German Mid‐Market. You will identify market penetration opportunities and bridge competency gaps within the team.
- Operational Excellence: Drive a culture of “data care” by ensuring meticulous CRM maintenance. You will emphasize diligent tracking of sales activities to maintain high forecast accuracy.
- Strategic Deal Orchestration: Masterfully apply structured sales methodologies to close complex deals. You will proactively involve Salesforce executives and senior leadership to move the needle on strategic accounts.
- Cross‐Functional Synergy: Act as a bridge between the Data Foundation specialist team and Salesforce Core teams, ensuring fluid partnership and alignment to maximize account footprint.
- Customer Engagement: Leverage your existing network to build C‐suite relationships, serving as a trusted advisor to Enterprise customers in Austria and Mid‐Market leaders in Germany. Regular travels across Germany and to Austria will be required.
Required Qualifications
- SaaS Leadership Experience: Proven track record leading sales teams in Enterprise Software or Specialist Sales. You are a resilient leader capable of providing steady guidance in critical markets.
- Sales Mastery: Deep expertise in B2B SaaS and Solution Sales with a mastery of structured methodologies.
- Strategic Network: An active customer network within the Germany Mid‐Market or Austria Enterprise segments.
- People Development: A “Coaching First” mindset with a proven history of hiring and transforming sales teams, specifically encouraging AEs to think beyond standard deal sizes.
- Executive Presence: The ability to effectively connect and involve higher‐ranked managers and C‐level stakeholders in deals strategically.
- Language Skills: Fluency in German and English is required to lead across these specific regions.
Preferred Qualifications
- Ecosystem Knowledge: Strong familiarity with the Salesforce, MuleSoft, and/or Informatica product landscapes and partner ecosystems.
