Your Responsibilities:

• Represent a well-known international car rental brand
• Communicate with customers via phone and email in Polish
• Assist clients with:
• New reservations
• Booking modifications
• Cancellations
• General travel and mobility inquiries
• Provide tailored mobility solutions based on customer needs
• Deliver excellent customer service through professional and friendly communication
• Contribute ideas to improve customer experience and service quality

What We Are Looking For:

• FluentPolish(C1 level or higher)
• GoodEnglishskills for internal communication
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
• Customer-oriented mindset
• Positive attitude and team spirit
• No previous experience required - full training is provided
