As we continue to scale rapidly across Germany and Europe, we're looking for an HR Operations Specialist to strengthen our HR team. In this role, you'll manage key administrative processes across the employee lifecycle, ensure accurate HR data and documentation, and contribute to the continuous development of our HR Operations processes and systems.
The role is currently based in Kelsterbach. As part of our continued growth, we are planning to relocate our office to Nieder-Olm, near Mainz, around October 2026.
Your Responsibilities
- Manage administrative HR processes throughout the entire employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding
- Prepare and manage employment contracts, personnel documents, and relevant HR data
- Maintain and manage our HR systems, ensuring accurate and up-to-date employee data
- Support the continuous development and optimization of existing HR Operations processes and the implementation of new standards
- Collaborate closely with Recruiting, HR Business Partners, and other internal stakeholders
- Support HR projects and the implementation of operational HR initiatives
Your Profile
- Completed vocational training in Human Resources or a degree in Human Resources, Business Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field
- Professional experience in HR Operations, HR Administration, or a comparable operational HR function
- Structured, detail-oriented, and solution-focused working style with strong organizational skills
- Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with different stakeholders
- Proficient in MS Office and ideally hands-on experience with HR systems
- Independent and reliable working style with the motivation to actively contribute to the development and improvement of HR processes
- Fluent in German and English. Mandarin is a plus.
