Your tasks
- Recruitment and Onboarding: Managing the entire recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening and interviews. Develop and manage onboarding programs to ensure smooth integration of new employees.
- HR Administration: Oversee traditional HR administration tasks such as contract creation, document management and other HR related documentation. Ensure accurate and confidential maintenance of employee files.
- Leadership Advisory: Advisor to senior management, including the CEO, on all HR-related matters. Provide strategic support and input for organizational development initiatives.
- HR Structure Development: Collaborate with local and group-wide HR colleagues to establish and improve HR infrastructure. Implementation of best practices and policies to support organizational goals.
- Coordination of Partner HR Services: Manage and coordinate HR partner services, including payroll and other outsourced functions. Ensure service levels meet organizational requirements and standards.
- Legal and Regulatory Compliance: Analyzing and managing labor law requirements in Romania, including aspects of relocation, labor law and social security. Ensure compliance with all local and international legal standards and guidelines.
Your profile
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR roles, preferably within an international or joint venture environment.
- Strong knowledge of Romanian labor law and HR best practices.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Fluency in Romanian and English is required; additional languages are a plus.
- High level of integrity and confidentiality.
- Proactive and able to work independently as well as collaboratively.
