Join J&T Express as a Working Student or Intern in Human Resources & Recruiting at our location in Nieder-Olm (near Mainz). Whether you join us part-time as a Working Student or full-time as an Intern, you'll become part of our HR team and gain hands-on experience in both Recruiting and HR Operations - from finding new talent on LinkedIn and coordinating interviews to supporting key HR processes throughout the employee lifecycle.
Your Responsibilities
- Support our Recruiting team throughout the hiring process, from candidate identification to interview coordination
- Actively search for and approach potential candidates through LinkedIn and other recruiting platforms
- Screen applications and help identify suitable candidates for our open positions
- Coordinate interviews between candidates, recruiters, hiring managers, and other stakeholders
- Prepare and publish job advertisements across different recruiting channels
- Assist with onboarding, employee documentation, HR data, and other operational HR processes
- Contribute to visa, immigration, and work authorization processes for international employees
- Participate in HR and Recruiting projects and help continuously improve our processes
Your Profile
- Currently enrolled at a university, ideally in Human Resources, Business Administration, Business Psychology, Economics, or a related field
- Strong interest in Human Resources and Recruiting and motivation to gain hands-on experience
- Confident and communicative personality with an interest in working with candidates and different stakeholders
- Structured, reliable, and organized working style
- Proactive mindset, curiosity, and willingness to take responsibility
- Confident use of Microsoft Office and digital tools
- Business fluent German and English are required
- Previous experience in HR or Recruiting is an advantage, but not required
