To strengthen our team in Winnenden (Stuttgart Area)as soon as possible, we are looking for a HR Specialist (f/m/d) Operations & Projects Fixed-term contract (24 months) – Parental Leave CoverKey Responsibilities:Manage independently and execute operational HR processes throughout the employee lifecyclePrepare HR-related documentation, reports, analyses, and employee communicationsSupport managers and employees on a broad range of HR-related topics and inquiriesActively contribute to local and international HR projects and initiativesSupport the development, optimization, and standardization of HR processes and workflowsParticipate in HR digitalization and automation initiatives to improve efficiency and user experienceMaintain and continuously improve HR systems and employee data qualitySupport organizational and administrative HR activities as requiredCollaborate closely with internal stakeholders and external partnersPartner with and support interactions with the work council, including the preparation of documentation, consultation processes, and implementation of co-determination requirementsEnsure compliance with labor law, company policies, and work council (Betriebsrat) agreementsRequirements:Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a comparable qualificationRelevant experience in a HR Generalist (f/m/d) roleWell-founded knowledge of operational HR management and employee lifecycle processesRelevant experience participating in or leading HR projectsSolid understanding of German labor law and collaboration with work council Structured, independent, and solution-oriented working styleOrganizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities Routine in working with HR systems, ideally WorkdayAdvanced Microsoft 365 skills, particularly Teams, SharePoint, Excel, Forms, and Power AutomateInterest in process optimization, digitalization, and continuous improvementCommunication and stakeholder management skillsCustomer-orientation and a collaborative approachGood command of German and English languageWhat makes you successful:You enjoy balancing operational responsibilities with project work.You build relationships and to work with a wide range of stakeholders.You support different HR topics as business needs evolve.
