To strengthen our team at our location in Wietmarschen-Lohne, we are looking for a Sales Manager (all genders welcome) Upstream Oil & Gas You will drive international sales for our Upstream Optimization “Optimization as a Service” offering, focusing on oil and gas operators in Europe and Asia Pacific. In this role you will be responsible for generating and closing profitable opportunities for our unique AI‐driven, real‐time production and reservoir optimization solutions, built around clamp‐on multiphase flow sensing and AI-driven reservoir modeling.

What you can expect

  • Develop and execute a regional sales strategy for upstream optimization services in Europe and APAC, aligned with company growth targets
  • Manage the full sales cycle: lead generation, qualification, solution selling, proposal creation, negotiation, and contract closing
  • Identify, qualify, and develop new leads with operators (NOCs, independents, selected IOCs) and/or leverage your existing C‐level and VP-/Director‐level network (Subsurface, Production, Digital, Operations) to open doors and accelerate optimization projects sales
  • Drive account plans, pipeline reviews, and accurate forecasting, ensuring profitable growth and disciplined opportunity qualification
  • Gather market intelligence on competitors, pricing strategies, and regional buying behavior to support product development
  • Represent the company at major industry events (e.g., SPE, ADIPEC) and contribute to thought leadership and customer success stories

What you bring

To become part of the Rosenxt family, you have a commercially driven, relationship-focused and solution-oriented way of working. You should also bring:

  • Degree in Petroleum Engineering, or a related field - ideally with a focus on measurement technologies and digital systems
  • Strong knowledge of upstream oil & gas operations, including production systems, artificial lift, well surveillance, and reservoir management
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B sales, technical sales, or business development within upstream oil & gas
  • Proven track record in selling digital solutions, AI-based technologies, or data-driven services
  • Established network with decision-makers in oil & gas companies (IOCs, NOCs, independents)
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical solutions clearly
  • Fluent in English; additional languages such as Arabic, Indonesian, or Mandarin are a plus
  • High willingness to travel internationally
