A Snapshot of Your Day We are looking for a proactive and analytical Business Controller to join our CP Business Controlling team. In this role, you will support financial steering and decision-making through high-quality financial analysis, reporting, forecasting, and budgeting activities. You will work closely with business stakeholders and finance teams to provide transparency on business performance, identify risks and opportunities, and support the achievement of financial targets.How You’ll Make an Impact- Perform financial analyses, KPI monitoring, variance analysis, and financial simulations to support business decision-making
- Prepare and coordinate monthly MOR reporting and management presentations in close collaboration with key stakeholders
- Support and coordinate monthly forecasting, annual budgeting, and long-term planning processes, ensuring timely and accurate deliverables
- Consolidate business stakeholder inputs, ensure forecast consistency and accuracy, and monitor deviations with actionable recommendations
- Drive continuous improvement of planning assumptions, forecasting methodologies, financial transparency, and overall controlling effectiveness
- Support and promote digitalization and automation initiatives across controlling, reporting, and planning processes
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field
- Experience in Business Controlling, FP&A, Financial Reporting, or a similar finance function
- Understanding of financial statements, budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and financial planning processes
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; experience with SAP, Power BI, or other reporting and planning tools is an advantage
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and the ability to work effectively with global stakeholders
- Fluent in English with excellent communication skills; additional language skills are considered a plus
