Key Responsibilities
You will support the Finance team in the following areas:- Management and monitoring of invoicing and re-invoicing processes
- Support to internal finance operations and financial flows tracking
- Contribution to process improvement and automation initiatives
- Assistance with tax and accounting-related matters
- Collaboration with internal teams and external stakeholders
- Previous experience in internal finance or within a Management Company (UCITS / AIFs) is highly preferred
- Solid experience with invoicing and re-invoicing processes
- Knowledge of VAT (Luxembourg, intra-community and extra-community)
- Basic understanding of Luxembourg GAAP (Lux GAAP)
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word (pivot tables, mail merge, etc.)
- Experience with Microsoft automation tools (macros, Power Automate) to streamline processes
- Fluency in English and French, both written and spoken
