Lead DXP Consultant (m/f/d)

Leads the end‐to‐end strategy, roadmap, and value delivery of digital experiences built on Adobe Experience Cloud, primarily with AEM, along with content management, targeting, personalization, and experimentation capabilities. Aligns business objectives with customer needs and platform capabilities, prioritizes backlog for maximum impact, and ensures releases deliver measurable outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Own product vision, roadmap, and outcome‐based backlog.
• Define user stories and acceptance criteria aligned with business goals.
• Lead delivery across AEM, DAM, integrations, AI, personalization, analytics, and data topics.
• Recommend new AEM capabilities, platform improvements, and emerging use cases.
• Advise clients on technical solutions, architecture impacts, and strategic priorities.
• Stay current with Adobe’s roadmap, releases, and industry trends; collaborate closely with Adobe.
• Define and track KPIs for engagement, performance, and experiment results.
• Ensure compliant data collection and reliable measurement.

Required Skills & Experience

• Deep knowledge of AEM, Adobe Target, Adobe Analytics, and Customer Journey Analytics.
• Strong understanding of AEM architecture, components, content models, and integrations.
• 7–10+ years in digital product roles; experience as Product Owner or Consultant leading AEM projects or programs.
• Strong backlog management and prioritization skills with agile delivery (Scrum/Kanban/SAFe).
• Ability to advise on platform evolution, technical solutions, and strategic use cases.
• Extensive knowledge of UX/UI best practices combined with strategic design consulting experience.
• Fluent in German and English; clear communication, stakeholder alignment, and executive‐level storytelling.
