TELUS Digital Bulgaria is looking for passionate KB Writers with Turkish and English to join in our company - get the job you will enjoy!

As a Knowledgebase Writer you create, manage, publish and maintain high quality content in our client knowledge base.

Responsibilities:

• Develop, review, and publish clear, user-friendly learning and technical content.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders and subject matter experts to identify and address knowledge gaps.
• Simplify complex technical information into easy-to-understand documentation.
• Conduct peer reviews to ensure content quality, consistency, and accuracy.
• Update and improve existing documentation in line with documentation standards and style guidelines.
• Monitor content effectiveness and recommend improvements based on learner engagement.
• Collaborate effectively with global teams across different locations and cultural backgrounds.

Requirements:

• Excellent writing and editing skills with a strong attention to detail.
• Basic understanding of technical concepts and ability to simplify complex information.
• Expertise in research and Moderation to ensure content accuracy.
• Outstanding communication skills.
• Ability to use existing procedures to solve standard problems; ability to analyze information/standard practices to make judgements.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Results and people oriented.
• Internal and external Customer Orientation.
• Creativity and Innovation.
• Turkish - C2; English - C1
• The ability to create reports, flowcharts, and analysis - Is a plus
