Manager, Regional Sales (Fully Remote)

• Lead a team of Regional Accounts Managers within a designated geography.
• Promote PreventionGenetics products and services to physicians and healthcare providers.
• Recruit, train, coach, and provide performance management for the sales team.
• Maintain professional knowledge of products and train sales team members.
• Manage sales targets and communicate progress with management.
• Build relationships with key thought leaders and collect customer insights.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
• 5+ years of customer-facing sales experience in medical or technical field.
• 1+ year of sales leadership experience and valid driver's license.

Compensation and Benefits

• Salary range $127,000 - $191,000 per year, plus bonus eligibility.
