The role reports directly to the EMEA Head of HR and partners closely with local management and central HR Centers of Expertise (Talent, C&B, Talent Acquisition).This position requires a solid and proactive HR professional with a proven track record in German labor law, strong experience in works council negotiations, and a hands-on approach in complex, evolving organizational environments.Key Responsibilities:Lead the HR strategy and processes for the assigned areaic! berlin: ~ 120 HC (~ 50% blue collar), including Production, Design, Product Development & Compliance, Brand Management & Distribution, Marketing & Communication, FinanceManage recruitment, selection, and onboarding of new talentSupport managers on yearly performance management processAdvise managers on labor law and general HR topicsEnsure compliance with labor law and internal regulations.Manage employee relations, including negotiations and regular interactions with the German works council (Betriebsrat).Implement and adapt global HR policies and processes at local level; develop and implement HR policies and procedures (where missing)Support organizational changes, workforce planning, performance and talent management.Collaborate with the global HR COEs on compensation, recruitment and talent management topicsContribute to building a unified HR culture across the region, going beyond organizational complexity.Responsible for managing one HR administrative personYour profileDegree in Law, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related fieldMinimum 10 years HR experienceAt least 5 years of experience in a similar HR roleMinimum 5 years’ experience with German labor law with hands-on management of employment contracts, termination, disciplinary actionsDirect experience of interaction with Betriebsrat (works council) and understanding of co-determinationExperience in recruitment, headcount control, talent management processUnderstanding of compensation principlesExperience in a multinational matrix organizationFluent in both German and EnglishSkills:Pragmatic, business-oriented and able to operate with limited structure.Strong interpersonal skills, with credibility to influence stakeholders across regions.Hands-on, autonomous, yet able to collaborate in international teams.Committed professional with a strong sense of ownership, resilient, and with a consistent drive to exceed expectations.Proactive, results-driven mindset, demonstrates initiative beyond assigned tasksOther requirements:Based in Berlin or willing to relocateOffice presence required minimum 4 days/week; the office is based in Berlin, MarzahnAvailable to travel regularlyQuestions?The compensation package will reflect the candidate’s experience, qualifications, and specific competencies.The minimum Gross Annual Salary for this role is € 80,000.Should the selected candidate demonstrate a professional background, technical expertise, or soft skills that differ from those originally envisaged for the position, the Company reserves the right to offer a compensation package different from the amount indicated in this job advertisement, in compliance with the transparency requirements set forth by the EU Pay Transparency Directive.Any differences in compensation within the same employee category are determined on the basis of objective, transparent, and non-discriminatory criteria, in line with the Company’s internal policies and applicable legislation.
