Keylime Consultants are working with an established global Workday Partner that is looking to strengthen its consulting team with the appointment of a Workday Time & Absence Consultant.

This role, which requires German and English language skills, will focus on delivering post-go-live Workday solutions across Absence Management and Time Tracking for a portfolio of international clients.

Working closely with client stakeholders, you’ll gather and understand requirements, design effective solutions and take responsibility for configuration, testing and ongoing system enhancements.

You’ll act as a subject matter expert within Workday Time Tracking and Absence, helping clients get greater value from their existing Workday deployment while also contributing to the wider development of the consulting team.

Alongside hands-on client delivery, you’ll provide guidance and support to junior consultants, share knowledge internally and help strengthen capability across the wider Workday practice.

You’ll typically work across several client assignments in parallel, building strong relationships with both client teams and internal stakeholders.

The position is predominantly home-based. Candidates can be based in Germany or Poland with some occasional travel.

Workday Time & Absence Consultant – Key Requirements:

  • Detailed knowledge of Absence Management and/or Time Tracking gained from deployment or consulting experience
  • Fluency in English and Germany
  • Strong configuration knowledge of Workday Absence and/or Time Tracking
  • Experience configuring, testing and enhancing Workday solutions
  • Exposure to post-go-live Workday support, maintenance and optimisation
  • Ability to gather client requirements and translate them into effective Workday solutions
  • Experience managing client and internal stakeholders confidently
  • Strong consulting, presentation and facilitation skills
  • Experience working across multiple assignments or clients concurrently would be advantageous
  • Openness and aptitude to mentoring or supporting junior consultants would be beneficial
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to work independently in a virtual environment
  • Based in Germany or Poland
