Your Responsibilities – Diverse and Full of Responsibility Receiving, classifying, and handling IT requests and issues in 1st Level Support (phone, email, ticket system) Analyzing and permanently resolving more complex technical issues in 2nd Level Support Installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware and software components Support and further development of IT workstations and mobile devices Management of user accounts, access rights, and directory services Error analysis based on log files and conducting root cause analyses Escalation of unresolvable issues to 3rd-level support or external service providers Creation and maintenance of documentation and knowledge bases Support for IT projects, rollouts, and system implementations Ensuring smooth IT operations and compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs) Your Profile – Competent and Solution-Oriented Successfully completed vocational training in IT/computer science, e.g., as an IT specialist in system integration, or a comparable qualification with strong IT skills Several years of experience in IT support (1st and/or 2nd level) Proficiency in common operating systems (Windows, possibly Linux) Experience with ticketing systems and remote support tools Basic knowledge of Microsoft 365 and network technologies (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN) Proficiency in Microsoft Active Directory Technical interest and understanding of modern technologies and digitalization Your strengths: You are a strong communicator and team player, possess analytical and conceptual thinking skills, and are a quick learner Very good German skills; good English skills are a plus What we offer you – appreciative and future-oriented A position of responsibility within a dynamic and friendly team A work environment where team spirit and collegiality are highly valued Ergonomic workstations and modern office spaces with excellent public transportation access in downtown Frankfurt (near the Eschenheimer Turm) Attractive benefits: A comprehensive sports and wellness program (EGYM Wellpass), regular team and company events, employee discounts, and much more Public transportation job ticket Interested?
