As IT Project Manager, you will lead and deliver international IT projects across the Group.Your RoleAct as the single point of contact between IT and business stakeholders in the Czech Republic, Slovakia and Poland for all new demands, projects and digital initiatives.Build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels, understand their requirements and translate business needs into scalable, value-adding IT solutionsIdentify opportunities for digitalisation and guide new demands from initial concept through prioritisation and approval to successful implementationCoordinate internal teams, external service providers and vendors to deliver IT projects on time, within scope and within budgetDefine project objectives, scope, resources and schedules in close collaboration with all relevant business and IT stakeholdersDevelop and maintain project plans and documentation, monitor progress and performance, and provide transparent status reportingManage project risks, dependencies and changes to scope, schedule and costs, escalating issues where necessaryAlign IT services and investments with business priorities while continuously improving service quality and measurable business valueKeep stakeholders informed about project delivery, service performance, innovations and emerging technologiesContribute ideas on digital trends and responsible AI use that improve processes and the way we workMaintain regular on-site contact with our locations in the region and support international projects beyond your assigned Business Partner scopeFacilitate demand management, prioritisation and alignment of business requirements within the Group IT portfolio.Ensure that technology initiatives and IT investments deliver measurable business value and support strategic objectives.Your ProfileA degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration or a comparable qualificationThree to five years of professional experience in a comparable position, ideally as an IT Business Partner, IT Project Manager or Business AnalystFluent written and spoken English and at least one of Czech, Polish, or Slovak are mandatory; German language skills are an advantage.Proven experience in successfully managing IT projects and sound knowledge of both project life cycle and systems development life cycle methodologiesA strong understanding of core business processes, particularly in areas such as Finance, HR, Operations and SalesBroad knowledge of current technologies and digitalisation trends, with the ability to identify their potential business valuePractical experience with common AI tools, such as Microsoft 365 Copilot or comparable generative AI assistants, and the ability to use them responsibly in daily workExcellent analytical, organisational and stakeholder-management skills, combined with a structured and solution-oriented approachStrong client-facing and communication skills, with the confidence to engage effectively with stakeholders from the shop floor to C-suite levelA client-focused, proactive and self-driven mindset with the ability to build trust and long-term relationshipsWillingness to travel regularly within the region and, where required, internationallyExperience with project management tools such as Microsoft Project or Smartsheet is an advantage; PRINCE2 certification is a plusYour BenefitsHybrid modern working model: Work from home or from our office in Ratingen (Germany) with flexible working hours.Permanent employment contract: Enjoy job security with a long-term commitment.Supplementary company health insurance: Additional health benefits provided by the company.Comprehensive onboarding and training: Benefit from an individual onboarding plan and extensive induction training to ensure a smooth start.Continuous development opportunities: Take advantage of advanced and additional training courses.Employee well-being: Access our company health management program and enjoy 30 days of annual vacation.Collaborative culture: Thrive in an environment of open communication and cooperation.Contact usTOI TOI & DIXI Group GmbHMagdalena Gutland (Recruiting & HR-Marketing)Halskestr. 3840880 Ratingen
