• Managing and further developing collaboration between IT and business units on an international level
• Analyzing business requirements and translating them into IT strategies, solution architectures, and project initiatives
• Responsibility for stakeholder management, including establishing sustainable business partner structures
• Prioritizing and coordinating IT projects within the framework of demand and portfolio management
• Ensuring the value contributions of IT initiatives through continuous performance and benefit monitoring
• Facilitating workshops, coordination sessions, and management meetings in an international environment

• A successfully completed degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a comparable qualification
• Several years of experience in IT demand management, IT business partnering, or IT project management
• A strong understanding of business processes and the ability to gather and evaluate requirements in a structured manner
• Experience managing complex IT project landscapes and interacting with international stakeholders
• Knowledge of common methods and frameworks (e.g., ITIL, Agile, Scrum, SAFe, PMI)
• Strong communication skills, facilitation skills, and the ability to present complex issues in a way tailored to the audience
