- Managing and further developing collaboration between IT and business units on an international level
- Analyzing business requirements and translating them into IT strategies, solution architectures, and project initiatives
- Responsibility for stakeholder management, including establishing sustainable business partner structures
- Prioritizing and coordinating IT projects within the framework of demand and portfolio management
- Ensuring the value contributions of IT initiatives through continuous performance and benefit monitoring
- Facilitating workshops, coordination sessions, and management meetings in an international environment

- A successfully completed degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a comparable qualification
- Several years of experience in IT demand management, IT business partnering, or IT project management
- A strong understanding of business processes and the ability to gather and evaluate requirements in a structured manner
- Experience managing complex IT project landscapes and interacting with international stakeholders
- Knowledge of common methods and frameworks (e.g., ITIL, Agile, Scrum, SAFe, PMI)
- Strong communication skills, facilitation skills, and the ability to present complex issues in a way tailored to the audience
