IT Project Manager (all genders)

Your tasks:

• Planning, execution, and oversight of technology projects across UTA Edenred, ensuring alignment with business objectives
• Development of detailed project plans, including scope, deliverables, resources, timelines, and budgets
• Collaboration with Head of Infrastructure and Head of Business Applications to successfully deliver technology initiatives
• Management of project communication, serving as the main point of contact for updates, issues, and progress reporting
• Analysis and evaluation of projects upon completion, including process reviews and identification of areas for improvement
• Creation and maintenance of comprehensive project documentation
• Promotion of a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the organisation

Your profile:

• Degree in Computer Science, IT, or a comparable field
• 3–5 years of IT project management experience, with a track record of leading software development or IT infrastructure projects from initiation to closure
• Experience working in dynamic international environments and expertise in process optimization
• Solid knowledge of project management frameworks and methodologies (e.g. PRINCE2, ITIL, Agile, Scrum) and tools (Jira, Confluence)
• Strong organizational skills, capable of managing multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels
• Ability to analyse complex situations, identify root causes and develop practical, data‐driven solutions; experienced in post‐project evaluations and driving continuous improvement
• Proficient in German and English; additional language skills considered an advantage
