After growing rapidly in the last few years, we look for ambitious talent to contribute to CYBEX’s success story.Your seat to fillOwn the end-to-end integration architecture across Cybex, including design, governance, and implementation of interfaces, ensuring consistency and reusability across the landscapeLead the integration requirements engineering process, covering both business and non-functional requirementsEstablish and enforce Integration Standards and Best Practices, ensuring all implementations follow industry standards and Cybex governance frameworks, including API management, security, and data exchange protocolsOwn the integration documentation framework including templates, specifications, and repository governance, ensuring consistency across internal teams and external partnersDrive collaboration with implementation partners and vendors, providing architectural direction and oversight for integrations leveraging SAP Integration Suite (CPI), EDI platforms, 3PL integrations, APIs, and other integration technologiesEnsure the solution delivery aligns with the project scope, quality, cost, and timelines while proactively managing architectural risks, dependencies, and trade-offs across integration initiativesAct as the technical authority for integration architecture, supporting project teams in design decisions, complex issue resolution, and ensuring alignment with architectural standardsPromote reusability and standardization across integration components, including adapters, connectors, and patterns, to reduce duplication and improve maintainability across the IT landscapeDrive continuous improvement of the integration landscape like performance optimization, observability, standardization of integration components and adoption of new capabilitiesYour stroll to CYBEXStrong expertise in SAP Integration Suite (CPI) and SAP integration scenarios (A2A and B2B)Solid experience with EDI platforms and B2B integrations with external partnersHands-on experience designing and implementing API-based integrations (RESTful services)Good understanding of integration protocols such as HTTP/S, AS2, SFTP, and SOAPProven ability to integrate SAP S/4HANA with external systems and third-party platformsExperience in cross-system integration architecture and middleware designUnderstanding of enterprise integration patterns, message and event based integrationsAbility to design scalable and robust integration solutions across hybrid landscapesFluent in English, both verbally and written with German language skills being an added advantageHere's what you can look forward toA future-proof job at an innovative and dynamic companyAn inspiring work environment where you can actively contribute and enjoy a high degree of creative freedomAn open and fair environment for all our employees that actively promotes equality and diversityCompetitive salary and benefitsOpportunities for continuing education to support your personal and professional developmentHow to contact usIf you are interested in this challenging position, we look forward to receiving your application.
