Salesforce & ServiceNow Program Director

About the role

We are a global technology and digital transformation company partnering with leading telecommunications enterprises across Europe to modernize business platforms and IT landscapes. The Germany practice is growing fast and is looking for an experienced Program Director to lead high‐impact ServiceNow and Salesforce transformation programs for telecom clients, based out of our Düsseldorf office.

Role overview: As Program Director, you will take ownership of large, complex ServiceNow and Salesforce programs delivered to telecommunications clients across the DACH region. You will manage cross‐functional delivery teams, oversee program governance, budgets, and risk, and act as the primary point of contact for senior client stakeholders in the telecom sector. This is a highly visible leadership role with real influence over how our telecom clients\' digital platforms evolve.

Salary: Open, based on experience

Language: German (B2 or above) – mandatory

Priority: Urgent – immediate to short notice joiners preferred

What we’re looking for

A seasoned Program Director with a strong track record delivering ServiceNow and/or Salesforce programs at scale, ideally with prior experience in the telecommunications industry, excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, fluency in German (B2+) and English, and the ability to hit the ground running in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.
