We are looking for a
Construction Manager / Planner in the Heating, Ventilation, and Plumbing (HVAC) field (m/f/d)ABG FRANKFURT HOLDING GmbH is the housing and real estate group of the City of Frankfurt am Main, with approximately 55,000 apartments and around 37,900 other units. Its core activities include the commercial and technical management of its properties, project development, and the further development of its real estate portfolio. The ABG Group also employs architects and engineers and is active in project management, parking management, and the leasing of event spaces. The Building Services Division of ABG FRANKFURT HOLDING GmbH offers comprehensive real estate services ranging from planning and construction to building management.
Responsibilities- You will develop design and construction drawings.
- You will prepare cost estimates.
- You will draft specifications.
- You will be responsible for project supervision, acceptance, and billing.
- You will handle engineering project management (Section 15(1) HOAI, service phases 1-9)
- A completed degree, e.g., in energy and heating engineering, or completed training as an HVAC technician
- Professional experience in the housing sector as well as in planning and construction management, and knowledge of the VOB
- Strong organizational skills, a confident demeanor, good communication and assertiveness skills, as well as a team-oriented and committed work ethic
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP, and experience using a tendering software program
- Class B driver's license
- Very good German language skills (C1)
