To strengthen our team, we are looking for a full-time and permanent Security Manager Wirtgen Group (m/f/d) Security plays a critical role in protecting people, assets, information and business continuity across the Wirtgen Group. The Security Manager Wirtgen Group is expected to combine operational security leadership with strategic governance, travel risk management, crisis preparedness, physical security systems expertise and the ability to advise senior management in a complex international environment. Your new position: As Security Manager Wirtgen Group, you serve as the primary security lead for Wirtgen Group entities within John Deere's Enterprise Security & Preparedness organization. You translate global security standards into practical local execution, advise management, manage security risks and coordinate key internal and external partners. Major tasks: Lead security activities and governance across Wirtgen Group locations, including implementation of John Deere security standards, site requirements, assessments and corrective actions Manage travel risk, oversee physical security operations and support crisis preparedness, while maintaining trusted relationships with management, HR, Legal, IT, Facilities and professional security networks Support investigations, incident response and liaison with internal stakeholders, external partners and authorities where required What you bring to the table: Approximately 5-10 years of relevant experience, preferably in a corporate security or risk management function.
