Senior Talent Partner (6 month contract)

Are you a Talent professional who owns delivery, builds genuine relationships, and takes real pride in the candidate experience? We are looking for a Senior Talent Partner to join our team - someone who delivers with confidence, communicates with honesty, and never stops learning.

The Role

As a Senior Talent Partner, you'll own end-to-end recruitment delivery on each customer-specific project. You'll manage stakeholder relationships, guide candidates through every stage, and contribute to a team that holds itself to a high standard. You'll also play an active part in supporting the development of colleagues around you.

What You'll Be Doing

• Managing full-cycle recruitment for your allocated roles, from briefing through to offer
• Building trusted relationships with hiring managers and candidates alike
• Making clear, evidence-based decisions at pace - without waiting to be told what to do
• Communicating openly, even when the message is difficult
• Supporting junior team members and contributing to a culture of continuous improvement

What We're Looking For

• Proven delivery experience in a recruitment or Talent Acquisition role - agency, RPO, or in-house
• Strong German and English written and verbal skills
• Strong autonomous working style - you manage your workload and don't need chasing
• Genuine candidate-first mindset and high communication standards
• Curiosity and a desire to keep improving your craft
• Resilience - you stay grounded when priorities shift and pipelines slow down
