ROLE PURPOSE
As Digital Marketing & AI Manager, you will lead GRIDX’s digital growth strategy across paid media, SEO, analytics and marketing technology. Working within the Marketing & Communications team, you will oversee digital performance, drive AI adoption, manage external agency partnerships and provide actionable insights that support business growth.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Digital Marketing & Performance
- Develop and execute the digital marketing strategy across Meta, Google and emerging channels.
- Define audience targeting, budget allocation and KPIs in collaboration with the Head of Marketing & Communications.
- Manage and challenge external digital agencies to ensure strong campaign performance and Return on Investment.
- Continuously optimise campaigns through testing, analysis and performance monitoring.
SEO & Website Growth
- Lead SEO strategy, including keyword research, content optimisation and technical improvements.
- Monitor organic performance and identify growth opportunities.
- Manage GRIDX's presence on Google Business Profile and other local discovery platforms.
- Collaborate with content and website teams to ensure SEO best practices are embedded across all digital assets.
Analytics & Insights
- Own the digital analytics ecosystem, including GA4, tracking, dashboards and attribution.
- Deliver clear, actionable reports and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Foster a data-driven culture by making performance insights accessible and actionable across the team.
AI & Innovation
- Identify, implement and optimise AI-powered tools that improve marketing performance and efficiency.
- Support and train colleagues in the effective use of AI solutions.
- Stay informed on emerging digital and AI trends and translate them into practical business opportunities.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Act as the digital marketing expert within the department.
- Work closely with CRM, Website, Social Media and Content teams to ensure an integrated digital ecosystem.
- Contribute to audience segmentation, lifecycle marketing and loyalty initiatives.
YOUR PROFILE
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Data or a related field.
- Minimum 4 years’ experience in digital marketing with strong exposure to performance marketing and analytics.
- Proven success managing paid media campaigns and budgets.
- Hands-on experience with SEO and Google Analytics 4.
- Practical experience using AI tools within a marketing environment.
Technical Skills
- Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads and Google Analytics 4.
- Google Search Console, Google Tag Manager and Google Business Profile.
- CRM and email marketing platforms (Brevo, HubSpot, Mailchimp or equivalent).
- Reporting and visualisation tools such as Looker Studio or Power BI.
- AI tools including ChatGPT, Claude, Jasper, Midjourney or similar.
Skills & Attributes
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Collaborative mindset and ability to work across multiple teams.
- Curious, innovative and eager to embrace new technologies.
Languages
- Fluent in English and French (written and spoken).
- German is considered an asset.
