What You'll Be Doing

• Build and Run the Hiring Pipeline – Set ambitious hiring targets, test organic and paid channels, and create predictable funnels that attract high-calibre talent.
• Lead Our People Programs – Take charge of onboarding and performance coaching to keep our remote team energised, aligned, and growing.
• Drive Recruitment Marketing – Craft compelling messaging, track cost-per-applicant, and refine campaigns to land top-tier candidates.
• Mentor and Empower Team Members – Work one-on-one with ambitious people to build effective daily habits, establish clear feedback loops, and lift individual results.
• Own the Outcomes – Track and share progress on key metrics: hires made, time-to-fill, candidate conversion, and overall team momentum.

What You Bring to the Table

• 6+ years across talent acquisition, HR leadership, executive coaching, or management consulting.
• A genuine appetite for ownership; you take full initiative over your own outcomes rather than waiting to be directed.
• Comfort navigating CRMs, tracking systems, and marketing funnels, with the instinct to turn data into action.
• High personal standards, a love of a fast pace, and real interest in your own ongoing development.
