IT System Administrator / System Administrator (m/f/d)

Your passion for us:

• Administration, operation, further development, and support of our Microsoft 365 environment (Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, Intune, OneDrive, Entra ID)
• Automation of tasks using PowerShell, Azure Automation, or scripting
• Error analysis, problem-solving, and documentation
• Support for rollouts, updates, patches, and the continuous optimization of the IT environment
• Active participation in IT projects and the further development of internal systems and processes

Your Profile:

• Completed vocational training as an IT specialist for system integration (m/f/d), a degree in computer science, or a comparable qualification
• Experience in administering Microsoft 365 and Azure (at least 3 years); Microsoft certifications are a plus
• Strong knowledge of IT security, identity management, and network technologies, as well as VMware, Citrix, Windows Server (2022/2025), and AD
• Structured, independent work style, strong customer focus, and ability to work well in a team
