Responsibilities

  • Overall responsibility for the sales performance of our German branches
  • You lead our Store Managers and sales teams with a clear KPI and performance focus
  • You develop scalable sales strategies to support further expansion and improve results
  • You optimize days‐on‐lot management, CRM and lead management along the customer journey
  • Analyze, control and sustainably optimize revenue, margin, inventory levels and stock turnaround times
  • Further development of performance‐oriented bonus, commission and incentive models
  • You work closely across departments with executive management, the corporate headquarters and specialist teams to continuously improve processes, structures and quality guidelines
  • You strengthen customer satisfaction and retention through high quality standards in sales and customer care
  • You are regularly present at our locations and act as a sparring partner, coach and source of inspiration

Requirements

  • Minimum 15 years of experience in automotive retail / used car sales
  • Several years of leadership experience in a comparable role, e.g. Sales Manager, Regional Manager, Head of Sales, Sales Director, Area Manager Automotive
  • Proven success in KPI‐based sales management within a multi‐site or retail environment
  • Excellent understanding of CRM, lead management and sales processes in the automotive sector
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, strong analytical skills and a high pace of execution
  • Strong leadership qualities, decisiveness and assertiveness
  • High willingness to travel within Germany
  • Business‐fluent German and English (negotiation level)
