Role

You are a thought leader in Generative AI and lead the company-wide establishment of GenAI, multi‐agent systems, and RAG architectures. You will identify trends early and use them to develop scalable, production‐ready solutions. With vision, you lead teams, establish best practices, and build sustainable competencies. As a Senior GenAI Solution Architect (f/m/d), you will strategically anchor GenAI in the company and shape the future of our customers.

Responsibilities

• Drive strategic initiatives in Generative AI, multi‐agent systems, and RAG architectures.
• Lead technical teams and take architectural responsibility in national and international projects.
• Design and implement production‐ready AI solutions on hyperscaler infrastructure.
• Advise clients on architecture, scaling, and deployment strategies for AI transformation projects.
• Support pre‐sales activities, proposals, and identify new business opportunities.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience delivering scalable AI/GenAI solutions.
• Proven leadership experience in technical teams and strong stakeholder management.
• Hands‐on expertise in RAG architectures, multi‐agent systems, frameworks such as LangGraph/CrewAI, knowledge of MCP and A2A communication.
• Excellent communication skills in German & English (C1) and willingness to travel.
