Responsible for establishing and coordinating all sales strategies, plans, programs and functions
- Setting ambitious yet achievable sales targets and objectives for the regions
- Developing and implementing sales strategies that align with the company's overall business goals
- Building, leading and managing a high performing sales team
- Analyzing sales/CRM data and trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients and channel partners
- Becoming a thought leader in industry forums on latest trends & technologies
- Creating and managing the sales budget and forecasting future sales trends
- Collaborating with other departments to ensure that the sales team has the resources and support needed to achieve its goals
- Creating a culture of success in terms of long‐term thinking and value delivery to customers
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Business related fields
- Minimum of 10+ years of experience in enterprise CAPEX sales in Advanced Hardware/Software businesses
- Selling ecosystem solutions to enterprise and mid market customers with a consultative & value‐based selling approach
- Strong leadership skills to inspire, motivate, and guide the sales team towards achieving its goals
- Strategic thinking and ability to develop sales strategies that align with the company’s overall business goals
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong problem‐solving skills to identify and address challenges and opportunities
- Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and customer needs
- Strong relationship building with clients, channel partners and key stakeholders
- Skilled at negotiating deals and closing sales
- Analytical capability to examine sales data and trends to identify growth opportunities
- Experience in packaging trends and eagerness to learn about estimation, planning and Artificial Intelligence
