Position Summary

Aetna Resources, LLC., a CVS Health company, is hiring for the following role in Woonsocket, RI: Manager, Digital Product Owner to design and develop digital architecture solutions for enterprise software systems and platforms. Telecommuting available. Multiple positions.

Responsibilities

  • Develop the technical architecture for the assigned value stream to ensure successful product delivery and compatibility of system components.
  • Manage the architectural roadmap for the assigned domain, including release of new features and updates with minimal disruption.
  • Work with cross‐functional teams to translate business requirements into architecture plans for innovative digital solutions focused on performance, reliability, and maintainability.
  • Evaluate product requirements, product vision, technical feasibility and risks, and identify system components required to meet user needs.
  • Prepare technical design documentation including workflow, integration strategy and technical blueprint, and provide reference architectures and baseline implementations as needed.
  • Evaluate new technologies and lead Proof‐Of‐Concepts (POCs).
  • Provide technical guidance on application development, systems architecture, APIs, micro‐services, containers, databases, cloud infrastructures, cloud services, and software development best practices.
  • Work with teams to ensure products meet performance, availability, scalability and security requirements.
  • Mentor junior team members.

Requirements

Master’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field and two (2) years of experience in the job offered or related occupation.

  • Two (2) years of experience in Agile methodologies or SAFe Software Development Principles.
  • Two (2) years of experience in JIRA, Rally, or Confluence.
  • Two (2) years of experience in SAS or SQL programming.
  • Two (2) years of experience with visualization tools: PowerBI or Tableau.
  • Two (2) years of experience in software testing, quality assurance and troubleshooting.
  • Two (2) years of experience in data analytics of large data sets in healthcare, business or retail sector.
  • Two (2) years of experience in Extract/Transform/Load (ETL) processes.
  • Two (2) years of experience in data warehousing.
  • Two (2) years of experience in product management in a large, matrixed organization with many internal partners.

Compensation

Pay Range: $139,318.00/year to $185,400.00/year. This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full‐time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short‐term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. This position also includes an award target in the company’s equity award program.
