Responsibilities
- Managing a portfolio of clients and projects
- Leading large-scale technology and transformation programs
- Driving business development as an industry, process, and technology subject matter expert
- Building and scaling a repeatable, high-growth Oracle business across North America
- Leading industry-specific solutioning, Oracle co-sell motions, and revenue generation
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated solutions
- Developing and managing senior executive client relationships
- Ensuring quality of deliverables and alignment with client outcomes
- Managing engagement economics including forecasting, margin, and utilization
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, technology, or related field
- 10+ years of consulting and/or industry experience
- 7+ years of experience in Retail industry transformation initiatives
- Demonstrated experience in Oracle implementations or Oracle-related transformation programs
- Proven track record of business development and revenue generation
- Experience supporting or leading Oracle co-sell or alliance-driven sales motions
- Strong experience in solution design, proposal development, and client presentations
- Ability to manage multiple engagements and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to travel up to 75%
